Davey Crockett - 1959
The 1959 Davy Crockett Covered Bridge is a 58-foot covered bridge built across Shoal Creek in Davy Crockett State Park in Lawrence County, Tennessee. It was destroyed by flooding in 1998 and replaced the following year.
Davy Crockett Bridge allows vehicles to cross the Little Shoal Creek, near Crockett Falls. A pedestrian walkway is on one side of the bridge. Five windows are on each side (East and West) and the roof is pitched. The concrete road through the park is on both sides of the bridge which has a wooden foundation.
