Henicle - 1988
The Henicle Covered Bridge is a 51-foot bridge in Franklin County. Little is known about this town lattice bridge that crosses Red Run on a private lane of private property.
Henicle Bridge was built by Ed Henicle in 1988. Numerous antique signs are displayed on the interior walls of this covered bridge.
Of the 1,500 covered bridges that once stood in the state of Pennsylvania, as of 2019, approximately 200 remain.
