The George Hutchins Covered Bridge was built in 1904 and features a multiple Kingpost construction. This 49-foot span bridge, built by J.W. Buchanan, was originally located off Strickler Road and crossed Clear Creek on one of the county’s earliest platted roads. It was reconstructed at Alley Park at Lake Loretta for the Fairfield County Bicentennial Celebration in 2000 by Park Maintenance Staff using 30% original materials.

Dimensions: Span length: 49 feet;   Total length: 62 feet.
