The R.F. Baker Covered Bridge, also called the Winegardner Bridge, is an 80-feet long Multi-Kingpost through truss that was built in 1871 by James Arnold to span Little Rush Creek Drum Bottom Road at Winegardner Mill. Its original location was inundated by Rush Creek Lake and the bridge had to be rescued. It was removed and reconstructed over a small lake on the grounds of Fairfield Union High School in 1981 and has since been used as a special student project to protect it. The bridge, now halfway through its second century of use, is open to pedestrian traffic only, sitting peacefully behind the school facilities.

Dimensions:  Span length: 66.0 ft.;  total length: 66.0 ft.
