The 1890 Bowser Covered Bridge, also known as Osterburg Covered Bridge, is a wooden covered bridge in East St. Clair Township in Bedford County, Pennsylvania. It is a 98-foot-long and 12.5-foot-wide Burr Truss bridge with a shallow gable roof that crosses Bob's Creek. It is one of 15 historic covered bridges in the Alleghenies Mountains and is the northernmost historic covered bridge in Bedford County.

This county-owned bridge was bypassed by a steel and concrete bridge in 1973 and is now closed with a cable across the entrance.

The bridge has vertical boards on the lower 1/3rd of the bridge and sits on stone and mortar abutments.

Bowser Bridge was listed in the National Register of Historic Places in 1980.
