The Adairs Covered Bridge, also known as Cisna Mill Covered Bridge, is a historic wooden covered bridge located in Southwest Madison Township near Blain in Perry County, Pennsylvania, United States.

Adairs covered bridge is a 150-foot-long, Burr Truss bridge, constructed in 1864 and rebuilt in 1919 due to flooding. One of four covered bridges that span Sherman's Creek, the bridge is still active and has had steel stringers as well as a concrete pier added.

Its' largest span is 40 feet, with a deck width of 14.1 feet and a vertical clearance above deck of 9.5 feet.

Of the 1,500 covered bridges that once stood in the state of Pennsylvania, as of 2019, approximately 200 remain.
